Plan for today.
Just got back from class. Going to catch up on some DVR while I make/eat lunch. Then going to do a BodyAttack dvd (after lunch has settled), go to work, tan, make dinner, then shower and study for my Accounting and Marketing tests tomorrow. Started using myfitnesspal yesterday. Kind of like it so far…let’s see how long I can keep up with it.

I cut my running back to 4 days a week, I’ve rested it for several days at a time, but my left knee still hurts when I run. I don’t know what I did to it but it’s not getting any better. I think I have to forget about my half marathon April 7th and start doing some other forms of cardio and see if giving it longer than 3-4 days to chill helps. I’m so bummed. It’s just...
