22 years old, 5'0". I was a size 0 at one point, but gained a whole lot of weight in a very short amount of time. I had to learn to love myself with the extra weight before I was ready to seriously get fit. I've already started, but I'm far from my goal! Here we go...!

Aw I like this. Just because you’ve made a poor choice, had a bad day, or heck, even a bad week, doesn’t mean that you should abandon ship and give up. Life is full of opportunities, just get back on track, it’ll be okay.
