You guys ;(
I cut my running back to 4 days a week, I’ve rested it for several days at a time, but my left knee still hurts when I run. I don’t know what I did to it but it’s not getting any better. I think I have to forget about my half marathon April 7th and start doing some other forms of cardio and see if giving it longer than 3-4 days to chill helps. I’m so bummed. It’s just so weird because other high impact workouts (plyometrics and the like) don’t irritate it at all, but as soon as I take even one running step it hurts. My mom says if it doesn’t get better I need to see the Dr. :( How am I going to remain sane without running?!

You might want to see if arch supports or some sort of insoles help. Your gate is a biggie and when you run you’d notice more. Just an idea! Best wishes.
