GET IT DONE PEOPLE. Get it done! And break through that first little bit, whether it’s a few minutes or a few miles, once you get past your hardest part it is FUN! I’m telling you! I used to hate running, now once I get around 20 minutes in (usually just over 2 miles) I go from hating my life to loving the rush and loving my body for taking me someplace!
